These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mr Pitchin (the "Service"), operated by Syed Hassan ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mr Pitchin provides AI-generated marketing content — including social media captions, review replies, promotional messages, and related tools — designed for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and similar food businesses. Content is generated using third-party AI models (Google Gemini) based on the inputs you provide.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent, to use the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we do, we'll provide reasonable notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

Content generated through the Service is produced by an AI model based on your inputs. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing or sending it to customers, reviewers, or the public.
You retain ownership of the content you generate through the Service, subject to the terms of any third-party AI provider whose models we use. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (hosting/authentication), Google (Sign-In and Gemini AI), Paddle (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (infrastructure). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party providers, though we'll make reasonable efforts to resolve any disruption to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Pitchin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
